SCHOOL YEAR CLASSES AND THE COOLEST SUMMER CAMP! KEYBOARDING CLASSES FOR STUDENTS 8-15.

The coolest Summer Camp! Prepare your child for the digital future while enhancing early reading and writing skills! At Imagine Tomorrow® Computer Classes at Keyboard Kids, Summer Camp is filled with fun and learning!

Children, ages 3 to 7, become "Computer Detectives" and get to solve a unique mission each class. Every class is a learning adventure to imaginative places such as the "Email Trail" or "Internet Island". Classes start with a custom interactive video voicemail describing the day's mission. Children then move on to their own computers where they work on Imagine Tomorrow® software designed specifically for each activity. Advancing at their own pace, children proudly apply new technology skills to solve problems and accomplish their goal. When class ends, children continue to reinforce their new skills from home with online software activities that correspond to the current lesson!

Morning or afternoon sessions. We also offer birthday parties and keyboarding classes for children 8-15! Call for more information! 914-921-2024.

    National Library Week

Next week is National Library Week-- a time to celebrate those wonderful second homes to the under 5 year old set.

We are library experts at my house, with each member of the family having their own opinion about which library is best-- Tina the turtle at the Katonah library is a huge draw; the librarians at the Bedford Village Library are incredible and are pillars of the community as well-- anything a new mom or a new neighbor needs to know, they share; the special programs in South Salem and Chappaqua are a huge plus; and need I mention the beautiful new digs of the White Plains Library?

There is so much to offer and so much to experience in our libraries-- with storytimes, classes, special guests, etc.-- if you haven't checked them out, it is high time, and if you have...feel free to celebrate this week with a little visit to their donation boxes to let them know you care.

Be sure to check out a special reading by children's author Rebecca Emberley, author of My Toys, My Animals and My Clothes & her newest, Adventure Girls at the Mount Kisco Library on Friday, April 7th-- or click the link below for the full schedule of library events happening throughout Westchester County next week.

    Enjoy and Happy Reading!
