Slow Down Diet Group Program. This 8 week program will help you find a way to: have less stress and more fun, enjoy your food, boost your metabolism, stop counting calories, fats and carbs, and say good bye to excess weight once and for all. "The Slow Down Diet" is one of most impressive books I have read in a long time about how what we eat and how we eat affects our health and well being. I've studied personally the book's author, Marc David and I'm excited to share with you this inspiring group program that is designed to help you achieve your weightloss goals without dieting. Learn how to let go of counting calories, fats and carbs and to bring in more joy and pleasure into your daily food rituals. Each week includes a delicious dinner along with food samples, recipes and strategies to guide you on the path to better health.
